The Perfect Day

In the midst of impending exams/doom, today was absolutely perfect.

I got 8 hours of sleep and got to straighten my hair because my mom was off from work.

My English teacher loved my essay and I don’t even have to do another draft!

My composition in Music Theory sounds amazing.

I won three academic awards: One for my poetry, one for French, and one with English. THe best was English. You know why? Because I won with my best friend, cloudedsighsbleary. I was super conflicted because I worked incredibly hard in English all year but she is such an incredible writer and deserved it as well, so when we both won it was just incredible! It’s like this movie I’ve seen…where two girls like the same guy but in the end the guy is a jerk but they both dump him and get better hot guys! Haha we even had a dramatic hug with an “aw.” Two other girls got another award and tried to hug but their “aw” was MUCH  quieter.

I also just had a really nice lunch with my friends and then a really awesome walk with my mom. AND my friend just found my phone at her house :D

So all and all, a pretty good day.
